- Beef – half kg.
- Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon.

- Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon.
- Yogurt – half a cup.
- Water – as required.

- Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp.
- Bay leaves – 2/3 pieces
- Dried chili – 2/3 pieces.
- Onion beresta- 4 tablespoon.
- Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp.

First, the meat should be cut to one inch and washed for marination. Take the beef in a mixing bowl and mix it with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, dried chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and marinate for 4-5 hours.
