Tehari is an old Dhaka food. It is trendy in old Dhaka. Tehari cooks at any wedding, ceremony, anniversary or birthday. Earlier in the day, we were dependent on the chef for this kind of cooking. Ingredients of Tehari
- Beef – 1 kg.
- Polao rice – half a kg or 2 cups.

- Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon.
