    • cabbage – 2tbsp (Julian cut)
    • Salt – as required
    • For the marinade of chicken breast
    • light soy sauce – 2 tsp
    • egg – 1 piece
    • oil -1 tbsp
    • freshly ground white pepper – ½ tsp

    Cook 225g egg noodles in a big frying pan of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. After that drain and placed them in cold water. Drain extensively, toss them with one tablespoon oil as well as set aside.
